Yeasayer
So Brooklyn’s Yeasayer have been in our conscience for a good while now, but it’s come to Jack’s attention that we have yet do dedicate a whole blog post to the boys. It’s a sad fact, but one we shall try to now rectify, Ambling Amp is a MEGAMEGAMEGAFAVOURITE afterall. Following the release of the tres magnifique Odd Blood earlier this year (and numberous gigs, festival dates, general crazy fun times) the guys’ll be treating all you lucky Reading Festival ticket holders to a top notch Friday performance, of that we have no doubt. Pre-the weekend treat the band are playing two warm up shows in Portsmouth and Wolverhampton next week (Tuesday and Wednesday respectively). If luck really isn’t your friend and you have tickets for none of the above, fear not Jackers. They’re back in the October! Get yourself to the Roundhouse in Camden on the 21st. Do it.
