To give you a bit of background information, Jimi Hendrix moved into the top floor flat of 23 Brook Street in 1968 with his English girlfriend Kathy Etchingham, the flat is now the administrative office of Handel House Museum, but is open to the public to commemorate the 40th anniversary of his untimely death.
Henrix’s former home will be hosting Hendrix in Britain, showcasing rarely seen exhibits, images and music, guitars that were played by the musical genius himself , tracing his meteoric rise to fame in London and the huge impact his legacy has made on the world of rock music.
