Two Door Cinema Club Announce Glastonbury
Two Door Cinema Club, Songkick’s Number 1 touring band of 2010 is to play the Pyramid stage at Glasto this year.
After the band sold out Brixton academy in under 4 hours and their album, Tourist History achieves Gold Status is seems that Two door really are the UK’s golden boys at the moment. After winning the Choice Music awards and being shortlisted for the BBC Choice of 2010 they have been going from strength to strength as Jack learnt when we interviewed them a few months ago.
The trio excited festivals last summer no end and now this is the start of their festival news dates this year. New single, Something Good Can Work will be released on the 2nd May just in time for the summer and the festival season. Something Good Can Work is full of summery staccato rhythms and elegant riffs finished off with a heartwarming catchy chorus. Two Door Cinema Club at their very best.
The band are currently playing SXSW and will be on tour after this in May and June with many more festival dates soon to be announced. Current dates below.
