The Picture All Fashion Mags Love
She’s one of the brightest young actresses to come out of Britain in a long time and fashion magazines everywhere can’t get enough of her but why does this shoot of Carey Mulligan keep resurfacing.
The image has been featured on the front of three of the biggest fashion magazines in the market, Elle, Glamour and Vogue and unsurprisingly people are starting to notice. The image, which is earning whoever took it a load of money, has appeared on all three covers over the past 14 months first on the cover of US Vogue in October 2010 then on Glamour in December 2010 and lastly in Elle France in November 2011.
While it’s not uncommon for magazines to use press shots it seems a bit strange to keep using the same one over and over again. Do us a favour Mulligan and get some new shots done yeh?
