After the Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan version of Karate kid was an absolute smash at the box office The Karate Kid 2 is of course being spoken about.
So who to write it? Well screenwriters Cyrus Voris and Ethan Reif were hired to put something together bout a year and a half ago now.
Zak Penn (X-Men: The Last Stand and The Incredible Hulk) has now been asked to do a rewrite on The Karate Kid 2.
Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan are not set in stone for the next instalment but of course are likely to return.
