Thames Festival
Who said you had to wait with fingers poised over the keyboard and a decent wad of cash in your bank account to gain access to a decent festival this summer?
Jack would like to inform you that running from the 11th to the 12th of September the Thames Festival is London’s largest free outdoor arts festival stretching from Westminster Bridge to Tower bridge, starting at 12 and finishing at 10 each day, Jack loves nothing better than a full days entertainment which is kind to our overdrafts.
Featuring a colourful mix of street arts, performance, carnival, pyrotechnics, illuminations, art installations, exhibitions, river events, massed choirs, circus, music, dance, fireworks and lots of yummy grub, to name a minority on the events description. The Carnival alone features over 2000 dancers musicians and masqueraders, and the festival market over 300 stalls of habadashery heaven.
What better way to end the festival season on a high?
