TfL Olympic Travel Hotspots
Transport data highlighting Olympic hotspots on the road, tubes, bus and rail has been released to developers to help ease any disruption to how Londoner’s travel around the city.
For us Londoners the Olympic Games are going to be a marmite situation. Some of us will love them being here while others will be dreding it. For those that fall into the latter category a large part of their reservations will come down to the disruption it’ll have on our day-to-day life but fear not help is at hand.
The data can be viewed over on the TfL website in the developer’s area and it is hoped that app makers will pick up on it and come up with apps that will solve our travelling woes when the Olympics come around this Summer. You can pop over there and check out the data yourself or alternatively don’t forget the Get Ahead Of The Games website which we told you about a few weeks ago that has mapped out, in a rather nice fashion, all the places to avoid and what times and days to avoid them at.
