Taxidermy And Tea
On Saturday (29th October) The Robin Collective will be joining forces with Animal Vegetable Mineral for a tea party with a difference.
Taking place at the Tour De Force Theatre in Hackney the evening will include lessons in the art of taxidermy and a workshop from Amanda’s Autopsies’, a leading figure in the recent resurgence in popularity of taxidermy. You’ll be treated to an afternoon tea banquet that mixes modern experimental cooking techniques with time honoured English tradition as well as Earl Grey, crumpets and some slightly weirder concoctions including cucumber sandwich punch and Victoria sponge cake which is inhaled from a balloon.
