Yeah alright, they may have a shit name that makes them sound like a kind of social club for the employees of Sports Direct and a Northern gay bar all at the same time but after a handful of remixes, Lonsdale Boys Club prove that names aren’t everything and release their debut single, Light Me Up, which is the sort of lo-fi, guitar-led dancey stuff that would make James Murphy probably less worried about retiring LCD Soundsystem.
