In a recent national survey or crime it has been reported that Stoke Newington is top of the list when it comes to burglary hotspots.
A financial comparison website did a survey in which it looked at 3m different quotes for home insurance given over a year and the outcome was that 33.6% of applicants living in N16 had declared a previous claim for theft.
Other places where you might not want to set up home are Wood Green, Streatham, Woodford Green, Barnet and Mill Hill which are all in the top 20.
