Twinkle and Tinsel, both brilliant artists in their own right. Two truly innovative girls. We saw them first in band the Fairies adorned constantly with wings and now we see them adorning cars with artistic parking tickets and painting Brighton Beach scenes along with Amy Winehouse and toilet floors.
