All over town we are seeing bars turning retro, all tying in with the fashion for big hair and big shoulder pads and dare we say it? Maggie T.

The Drift Bar has an exciting new menu full of flambé favourites including Beef Stroganoff, Steak Diane and Scampi Mornay followed by Crêpe Suzette or Banana Flambé.

The dishes are prepared at your table in true flambe fashion and accompanied by specially paired cocktails, including the Blood Orange Blazer.

Next thing we know it’ll be all special fondue menus.
