Tate Britain
The Tate Britian is the Tate Modern’s older, sometimes more serious brother.
Housing some of the greatest artists including the likes of William Blake and Henry Moore the Tate Modern is free and has constant work hanging as well as ever changing exhibitions. Once a year Tate Britain hosts possibly the most well known of British art prizes, The Turner Prize, as well as a triennial (imaginatively) every three years, here a leading curator is given free rein to explore their own ideas and obsessions in the gallery.
