Suka
Suka is a new contemporary Malaysian restaurant with a stunning interior that you will find for a limited time at the Sanderson.
Tables are long but not unwelcoming and the service is not rushed like many similiarly laid out eateries.
A favourite of ours here is the Sotong Goreng (crispy squid with coriander, ginger and green peppercorn), chargrilled tiger prawn skewers and Sarawak Black Pepper Chicken.
