Skylon Restaurant

Skylon offers dinners a panoramic view of the London skyline with floor to ceiling windows as well as an informal grill and raised bar serving contemporary cocktails. Split in two you can choose from either a relaxed meal in the Skylon Grill which serves a full range of meats cook to your likings or you can dine in the Skylon Restaurant where the head chef whips up more formal meals.

To eat we would recommend the wild mushroom feuillete, poached duck egg, cep mousseline and crisp salsify and if you’re eating in the Skylon Grill then go for the Skylon burger which is served with onion rings, chips and bloody mary ketchup.

Skylon have recently teamed up with the Hayward Gallery to offer lunch and a ticket to the new Tracy Emin exhibition, Love Is What You Want, for £29.
