Riding House Cafe
Decorated to look like a very cool New York hangout spot the Riding House Cafe is the perfect location for people who fancy something quite different and low key. There’s a ‘eat anywhere’ policy with giant tables, wooden cinema chairs and comfy lounge chairs on offer to diners. The menu is described as ‘progressive gastro’ with steaks, small dishes and Mediterranean influenced meals.
The classic burgers served with thin French-fries go down really well as does the chorizo hash browns and the sweet potato and chickpea cake.
It’s also open for breakfast and an image of one of their breakfast dishes was recently included on the cover of Time Out which means it’ll be well worth a try.
