Pitt Cue Co
The Pitt Cue Co opened in London this week and it’s due to be so popular that you can’t even book a table meaning unless you’re very dedicated/willing to wait in line getting a table over the next few months may be tough. Oh and there’s only 30 tables just to make it even more difficult.
Pitt Cue Co severs up US-style BBQ smokehouse food such as soft pulled pork, smokey mash topped with burnt ends and charred beef ribs. There are no reservations here and the restaurant only seats 30, so you sit at the bar and get given a little plastic horsey with your number on it and when your time comes you get called downstairs for a free table.
You know things are going to be good when the place is brought to you by Jamie Berger, Tom Adams & one of the guys behind Hawksmore & The Albion. How could you get a better bread of meat establishment?
On the menu is pork ribs, beef ribs, pulled pork, brisket each coming in at around £9 each. (Sides include really sticky, spicy chicken wings).
