Galante

A newly opened Argentinian bar that was inspired by ʻPichinʼ, one of the most distinguished bartenders in South American history.

Galante aims to provide visitors with a taste of the glamorous drinks scene of 1930ʼs Argentina.   On the cocktail menu you will find recipes that date back to 1935 from Pichin himself, as well as more contemporary interpretations of his drinks.

Working behind the bar as Executive Bartender Galante has Tato Giovanonni, ‘South Americaʼs Best Bartender of the Decade’ in 2010.

The interior is beautifully Art-Deco influenced and the bar evokes the dazzling cocktail era of Buenos Aires with everything from the cocktail menu and staff attire to the interior design taking inspiration from the period.
