Favela Chic

The sister venue to a bar of the same name based in Paris, Favela Chic provides a mix bag of music events as well as a pretty cool place to have a Caipirinha (despite it’s French heritage Brazilian drinks are Favela Chic’s speciality).

As well as music nights such as the Guy Chambres run monthly night Orgasmatron they also play host to some big name DJs, film screenings and events (like clothes swapping parties). If it’s food your in the mood for they serve up Brazilian tapas such as black-bean stew with pork ribs. Oh and an interesting fact? Favela Chic translates in to ‘Ghetto Chic’. So now you know.
