Bukowski Grill is another new joint that has come courtesy of pop up outdoor shipping crate mall, Boxpark.

More man food here with big burgers and chunky chips this Patty & Bun pop-up has hints of a classic diner whether in a shipping crate or not with low hanging laps and general Americana paraphernalia.

Their Josper-oven charcoal grilled burgers  are a definite highlight and for anyone that has a large appetite you can try the Mother F Burger .

It’s not just the burgers that have impressed us at Bukowski’s though they have also taken on the time honoured US tradition of the bottomless coffee, something we really would like to see more of over here in this say and age.

They also have a Cochinita Pibil Pulled Pork speciality and a Hanger Steak & Chipotle sauce Sandwich if you fancy a change from burgers.
