40 Winks resides in East London, and is home to interior designer, David Carter. It is an elegant four storey Queen Anne townhouse built in 1717.
40 Winks is often used for events and exhibitions as well as a location for shoots and filming as well as, above all somewhere for creatives to stay. As David had two rarely used guest bedrooms he decided to open up the house, 4 0 W i N K S in 2009 to help give photographers, stylists, art directors, designers, buyers, models and anyone in the creative and fashion industries somewhere fun and different to stay when they are in London for work or pleasure.
