Throughout February Four Roses bourbon and the Shaker Company bring you the Hide & Speak pop up bar.
The Four Roses Bourbon ‘Hide&Speak’ is a secret speakeasy that will ask you to take a short trip to North London that will land you right bang smack back into the underground drinking scene of 1920′s America.
So it’s an easy guess that this speakeasy as will all takes inspiration from the Prohibition-era America, a period that saw a golden age for cocktails and underground drinking culture heightened by a national ban on alcohol at the time.
This modern day offering has wooden crates and sacks for seating, bourbon barrels for tables and moody red lighting.
