Film About Kurt Cobain To Be Released?
When legendary Nirvana muscian Kurt Cobain was found dead at the age of 27 from a self inflicted gun shot to the head fans and the world alike were left in shock. Following his death several official and unofficial biographies and documentarys were made and now 16 years after his death it has been rumoured that a biopic based partly on Charles R. Cross’ 2001 biography, Heavier Than Heaven: A Biography of Kurt Cobain.
According to reports the film will be made by Universal and The Messenger director Oren Moverman is reported to be taking on the project. The rumours have surfaced after it was revealed that Universal have brought the rights to Kurt Cobain’s story from his wife Courtney Love.
