Do you see yourself as a bit of a Young British Foodie? Then this competition is definitely one for you.
If you think you can cook well and you don’t mind having your efforts judged by a panel of experts in the field then you should enter the Young British Foodie competition. The winner will pick up a £1,000 prize as well as having the pleasure of meeting some of the top names in the industry.
There’s several categories you can enter yourself in to including a mixology section. To enter all you have to do is click here and fill out the entry form before the closing date in February.

The Mobile Mover and Shaker, judged by Petra Barran of eat.st.
Best Food Experience Artist, judged by jelly artists Bompas and Parr.
New Best Alchemist of the Oven, judged by Lily Vanilli.
Charcuterie Personality, judged by Yianni Papoutsis of Meat Liquor.
Coffee King or Queen, with a triple espresso of judges in the form of Gwilym Davies, Tim Styles and Marco Arrigo.
Most Irreverent Young Chef, judged by Nuno Mendes
