StarGazer: Gold foil lashes are hard to apply so need extra strong glue but look amazing once on. (as above), also : Red and black spot lashes are totally over the top, perfect for fancy dress and are easy to apply.
Hair
Hair extensions are something else that you seem to need, wether walking down a red carpet or to the shops. I went to Connect Hair Systems to see what all this hair extension fuss was about. After 4 hours in a chair and a lot of ‘connections’
later it became clear why males might not favour extensions so much, what with their fingers getting a bit stuck when running their hands through your new locks. For the girls that walk out of the salon however, sporting the hair they wished they had since first reading Rapunzel it is most definitely worth the fuss. I walked into the salon with a bad dye job and shoulder length hair, I walked out a shining brunette/redhead with hair down to my waist and I am still not too sure how I am ever going to go without. Prices start from as little as £50 for 10 hair extensions or £220 for a quarter head which is pretty doable. Whilst in my chair I had a chat with celebrity stylist Feleny Georghiou the Connect Hair System founder.
