Dirty Pretty Things Opening And Football Players
Last night Who’s Jack were at the opening of the latest exhibition to hit the Scream Gallery, Dirty Pretty Things by artist Russell Young. Russell was there to present his latest work, screen prints of celebrity icons including Marilyn Monroe covered in diamond dust. We had the pleasure of meeting and having a chat (and an inappropriate high five) with Tyrone Wood, son of Ronnie Wood, who owns the gallery. The gallery was full to the rafters with important arty types and a selection of footballers including Rio Ferdinand and members of the Tottenham Hotspurs.
After the opening had finished it was off round the corner to Willa’s nightclub for the after party. It was here that the Who’s Jack team (namely Lu) decided to make Rio Ferdinand our new best friend. It’s fair to say she did pretty well and Rio has now agreed to write something for the magazine so watch this space Jackers…
