Darren Aronofsky to direct Wolverine 2?
They’ve worked together before on The Fountain and now it looks like director Darren Aronofsky might be teaming up with Hugh Jackman for a second time. According to Deadline Hugh is apparently keen to get Darren involved in the sequal Wolverine. Darren is about to head to the Venice Film Festival with his latest film Black Swan and normally works on smaller indie films and usually shys away from big budget films but seeing as Hugh has a huge amount of creative control over the Wolverine films his backing could well see Darren taking on a new kind of film.
It is also rumoured that Hugh has also had meetings with David Slade who directed the last Twighlight film, Eclipse.
