Aquum Teams Up With Amaranth
Clapham’s Aquum is now proudly pairing up with Amaranth a Thai restaurant and South Asian culinary specialist to add an extra angle to the night spot.
Amaranth will introduce a new street food menu that will be an eclectic mix of traditional dishes found in markets and roadside stalls from all over South East Asia, as typically sold by hawkers in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and The Philippines.
The street food menus at Aquum will from now on be updated on a quarterly basis ensuring the fusion of the freshest and most succulent ingredients in season will be utilised.
To accompany the menu will be a brand new cocktail list, designed to complement the food’s asian flavours.
On the menu you can expect dishes like Som Tham, fresh shredded papaya served with tomatoes, long beans, carrots, dried shrimps, chillis and crushed peanuts and Hot Drunken Noodles, fresh undon noodles.
